What an experience the other day in class. Miguel wants us to be honest and critical, well then I will.
Workshop models? but it is ... and without glue .... Well, my first thought was that this would not be good for nothing, especially when they told me not think of any sketch of what was going to build ... Here we go again with the happy thought, I hate the architecture comes from a doodle, or crumpling a sheet and was impressed as me and blah, blah, blah .... I refer only to the flag of Spain in Shanghai, whose form we owe thanks to a crisp ....

In my opinion I think that architecture can not be born of anything, it is true that the architect will give a personal touch and that none of us will be the same, because everyone loves a thing, but I think it should follow logical steps. Certainly for me the first point is that is functional, that is what I do may not be 100% functional yet, but that I'm still learning!, then the second thing is when you give importance to beauty, it is true to do something that works beautifully but fluorescent pink may not help much to get people to be there. But be conditioned an initial form I don´t believe that the best solution to achieve perfect functionality.
It is for these reasons that the model workshop seemed like a waste of time ....Blessed ignorance... it was really hard to do in a model something if you haven´t done first a poorly drawings of what you want, but surely the results were not so bad, see how to construct something that still does not know how to eventually provide other viewpoints.

The first frustration, nothing will come out, your imagination is on the floor, put a wire and does not bend as you want ....
The second need, dammit Miguel ... let us not use glue, how easy it is to make models with a couple of drops of superglue, may God bless Dr. Harry Coover (his creator).
The third comparative happiness, well we are all alike, no one is a handyman doing models, is perhaps all we're doing very well ...
The fourth motivation, Miguel approaches and the first thing that he says you, look how cool you've done ... (you think, Maybe I'm going to be a genius and I did not know it).
The fifth invention, Miguel asks and what is it?.... see, I trying to show .... At this point your model begins to look like something else, you see spaces, as you tell it all starts to make sense, you can imagine how it would be inside, how you would build it ...
The sixth way, something will open more your eyes, you have an idea, but your chances will begin to multiply as Miguel calls you things.
So in the end the experience was quite positive, there is clearly going to continue making models, evolving it and I have the hope that the result will be really good.
I leave first pictures of the third model, nothing to do with what I do, or yes, but I really liked the end of the whole process, it is more I would try to include it inside my greenhouse.
